An iconic pit stop during Super Bowl weekend in Las Vegas, our activation transformed the Excalibur Hotel into a full-throttle Pepsi experience. We tapped into the city’s electric energy with LED infinity-mirror entrances, custom neons, exclusive merch, meal deals, & product sampling – all anchored by a Pepsi-themed arcade that celebrated play, flavour, & pop-culture nostalgia. More than a brand takeover, it was a moment that made Pepsi part of the Vegas story that week.

The ask

Get unapologetic football fans to recognise Pepsi as their first-choice Super Bowl beverage by increasing the awareness and relevance of Pepsi Zero Sugar in Las Vegas through exclusive, disruptive activations at key on-premise accounts ultimately positioning Pepsi Zero Sugar as the go-to mixer across the city during Super Bowl weekend.

What we Did

S&C delivered a full-scale Super Bowl takeover, transforming the Excalibur Hotel into an unforgettable Pepsi brand moment. We drove excitement through LED infinity-mirror entryways, custom neon installations, exclusive merchandise, branded meal deals, product sampling, and a Pepsi-themed arcade.

As part of the wider activation, we also reimagined Red Rock Bowling Alley as Sip City, introducing a bold branded entry moment with floor vinyls, 3-way posters, and a mock lane display that led guests into a bespoke bowling experience featuring projection mapping and Pepsi bowling.

From creative direction and fabrication to motion graphics, content, merchandising, and brand ambassadors, we delivered the experience end to end.
